Youth Ministry C4 Survey
The Youth Ministry invites parents of students in grades 6-12 to complete the College and
Career Connections C4 survey. This will enable Mount Zion to make scholastic and
workforce development resources more available to youth and young adults, as they
prepare to advance forward in a highly skilled 21st century workforce. Click Here for the Youth Ministry C4 survey link.
The survey will be available through Monday, February 27th. For additional information,
contact Brother Britton Smith at youth@MountZionBaptist.com

Health and Fitness Ministry
The Women's Ministry and the Health & Fitness Ministry would like to encourage all women to become aware of their risks for developing heart disease. February is National Heart Disease Month and Feb 3rd is National Wear Red Day. On Feb 5th, we would like to encourage all women of Mount Zion to wear red as a symbol of their commitment to take better care of ourselves, increase daily exercise, eat more fruits and vegetables, cut out transfats and saturated fats, and keeping our blood pressure under control.
